General information about the registration procedure

All participants must register to the JNTE2019 through the AZUR Colloque interface (opening on July 15th, 2019):

Please note that on Azur colloque interface, the conference fees appear with the French taxes included (fees excluding VAT in the table below).

Conference fees include the access to the presentations and the poster sessions, the exhibition stands, proceedings, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, Monday to Wednesday lunches, Tuesday Gala dinner.

Several payment methods are available : credit card, wiring and check.
For wirings, please include JNTE 2019 in the description of your wiring.

The registration fees are not refundable (except visa problem or serious medical condition on production of a medical certificate).
